Booking a Retreat
If you are interested in booking a retreat with us, please start by filling out an application here:
To reserve your booking, you will need to:

Complete the financial agreement form
Agree to our terms & conditions
Send a deposit
The application includes personal questions so we can best assist you and your needs. Please answer all of them honestly, comprehensively, and to the best of your ability. This will ensure everyone’s safety and help us provide you with the highest level of care during your stay with us.
After you’ve filled out your application we will send you an email confirming that we’ve received it and ask you to agree to our terms & conditions. If everything looks good, we will ask for a non-refundable deposit of $1600 or $900, depending on which of our retreats you are booking. While non-refundable, your deposit can be applied to a future retreat, if you cancel before two months of the retreat start date. If you cancel within two months of the retreat, the deposit is non-refundable.
Retreat Costs
Sacred Valley: Retreat in the Mountains
The price of our upcoming 6-day retreat (3 aya ceremonies) in the Sacred Valley in Urubamba, outside of Cusco, is $2200. The price of our upcoming 12-day retreat (6 aya ceremonies) is $3500. We believe this work should be as accessible as possible. If finances are a genuine barrier, we’re happy to explore payment plans or sliding scale pricing whenever we can.
If you can pay more, that money will go to future Sowa Charana/Good Medicine Club projects. A large portion of those funds will be reserved for scholarships for guests at future retreats who don’t have the financial means to come, prioritizing those who come from low income countries (such as Peru).
Pucallpa: Retreat in the Jungle
The price of our 12-day retreats in the jungle outside of Pucallpa is $3500. We believe this work should be as accessible as possible. If finances are a genuine barrier, we’re happy to explore payment plans or sliding scale pricing whenever we can.
If you can pay more, that money will go to future Sowa Charana/Good Medicine Club projects. The Jungle
Pucallpa, Peru
From the hosts of our jungle retreats in Pucallpa:
We are pleased to offer incredible peace and jungle isolation, while providing basic needs for our guests' comfort. We strive to maintain the most rustic and authentic jungle experience while also exceeding our guests’ expectations for sanitation, comfort, and safety.
Los Cielos is located 1 hour outside of Pucallpa, Peru via roadway. We look forward to immersing you into a jungle way of life and healing, while providing nurturing food and environment.
We are caretakers of 135 acres and steward hundreds of species of Amazonian medicinal plants. We have communal and private accommodation offerings. All of our dwellings and meeting areas are fully mosquito netted and enclosed! The main focus of this retreat is your personal healing and introspection, and all of our facilities are in place to enhance this dedication we have to you, our guests.

The Sacred Valley
Urubamba, Peru
From the hosts of our Sacred Valley retreats at La Capilla:
Beautiful mountain property, located in Urubamba at km 72 of the road to Ollantaytambo. Excellent for groups who want to enjoy the tranquility of the Sacred Valley. It has 9 rooms, each with private bathroom, 2 extra bathrooms, a kitchen and dining room, a cozy living room, and also common areas such as a grill area, yoga room, and three beautiful gardens.

Delicious meals prepared from local fruits, vegetables and some staples (rice/quinoa)
Additionally we offer organic eggs, chicken and occasionally fish. This offering is not daily though as we primarily focus on a diet of plant-based nutrition.
Please let us know about your dietary restrictions and/or allergies. We are happy to work with you in order to meet your individual needs.
Travel Tips
Make sure you have a valid passport; you will not be allowed to enter Peru if your passport expires 6 months after your travel dates.
Please ensure that you arrive in Pucallpa at least one day before your retreat to allow for adequate rest time prior to your first ceremony. We will arrange transportation to pick you up from and drop you off to your hotel in Pucallpa before and after your retreat.
Make sure your return flight home is not the last day of the retreat, and no earlier than the day after your retreat ends.

Manish Eco Lodge: Nicer yet outdoor tropical paradise type retreat. Pool, excellent restaurant, Wifi. Laundry, etc. near the airport in Pucallpa proper. Our guests love staying here.
Aguila Dorada Selva Hotel: In downtown Pucallpa.
Casa Andina Select Pucallpa: The most upscale, would be a 5 star hotel in the USA. Full accommodations, roomservice, massage & spa, multiple restaurants, art exhibit, etc. rooftop pool. Located 2 blocks from the Centro Plaza in downtown Pucallpa.
